SUPER 5s. LEEDS SHARKS V OTTER

1st Quarter
Leeds lost the swim off. Emma has an early shot on goal after winning the ball. Otter counter and good defence allow Leeds counter. Otter then break and score. Patch has a shot on goal in a man up. Otter break away and Lynne makes a great save. Another quick save from Lynne and this time Leeds break Jo has a shot on goal, Otter break and score. Quarter ends down 2-0
2nd Quarter
Otter get another goal straight away after a well fought battle in defence. Minnie is strong in defence and Lynne makes another save and the play heads down to the other end. A deflection goes in making it 3-1. Otter quickly retaliate to make it 4-1. Emily and Lynne do well to foil a great one on one and Leeds break. George has a shot on goal, play goes from one end to the other. Lynne makes another great save and penalty awarded to Leeds and Emma makes it 4-2. Pilk has a shot on goal and counter attack saved by Lynne and some good defence by Emily.
3rd Quarter
Pilk wins swim off. Early man up and Emma makes it 4-3. Otter quickly retaliate 5-3 and again 6-3. Pilk has another shot on goal as does Jo. Penalty given to Otter and they convert to make it 7-3, then its 8, then 9 from a one on one. The ball finally makes it down to the other end and Patch has a shot on goal. Quick goal 10, then another 11. Leeds finally get a penalty and patch makes it 11-4. Then Otter get a penalty and secure 12-4 with a bounce shot. Leeds get a man up and Rhiannon has a shot on goal which was saved on the line. Emma made a great block in defence and saved another Otter goal.
4th Quarter
Patch Scores early to make it 12-5, but then Otter break quickly off the next 3 Leeds attacks and score off all of them making it 15-5, whilst Jo, Pilk and Patch have more shots on goal they can’t beat the Otter defence and the game ends 15-5.
