Annual General Meeting Minutes
5.30pm Sunday 27th November 2022, The Edge Sports Centre, Leeds University.
1. Apologies
Apologies from Sarah Graig she couldn’t attend.
2. Clubs Annual Report
The past year has been a challenge for both for the teams and players and one where the club and its committee have sought to consolidate and build on the organisation from the previous years.
We are delighted to say that joining the coaching team at Leeds Sarah Graig. Thanks to Sarah for her enthusiasm and willingness to get involved.
This year, we have had two junior teams (U14s & U16s) in the Wakefield league. Also, we have one men’s team in the Wakefield league.
In all our teams, youth development and inclusion should continue to be important for our future. We should continue to promote Leeds and we should seek new youth to continue the clubs’ lifeblood and to develop that youth, using our influence to give them the opportunity to enter the national squads
We should also thank all the committee and coaching team for their efforts, which does make the job of running a club with a great social spirit and sporting aspirations much easier.
