We have a growing squad of under-16 water polo players, girls and boys of all abilities from learn-to-play through to county level.

Our minimum requirements are:

• Able to swim at least 25m
• Be confident in a deep water pool

During the session, we focus on key skills and practices that help improve waterpolo techniques and fitness.

We train/play at in the "The Edge" at Leeds University.

Sundays 4:15pm - 5:15pm

*Please note whilst we try to keep these as our standard training times, training often changes due to competitive fixtures. Our junior section runs two teams competing in various leagues. All training and fixture invitations are sent via our teamer app and we require all players to either accept or reject invitations.
